Groundbreaking Kicks Off Construction of Assisted Living Facility

Cheala Enterprises has begun construction on a new 62-bed assisted living facility in Carrollton. The new facility includes a wing for married couples. The site is 17 acres and located along State Route 9. The project represents a $6 million investment in real estate and buildings.
